  My husband and I had originally started our loan process with a different company and had no knowledge on the process and procedures, the lack of communication on their end had left us in the dark with so many awful emotions. I honestly thought we were going to have to give up and let go of our dream home. It wasn’t until a few weeks prior to our anticipated closing date, when our amazing realtor referred us to Mark. Mark’s communication skills are phenomenal. Being first time home buyers we had so many questions and trust issues after our previous experience but he was very reassuring and was always available to answer any questions we had. Mark is very consistent and goes above and beyond to make sure things are going smoothly and in a timely manner. His reassurance and confidence made my husband and I feel so at ease. He really proved to us that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel even if other lenders may tell you different. I can’t thank Mark enough for all his hard work and dedication that he put into making it happen and I would recommend him to any and everyone who is looking to buy a home and is worried or stressed about the lending portion of it. Trust me when I tell you, Mark will help you do what it takes to make it happen!

  Mark Martinez was recommended to be our loan officer from our real estate agent. We have given up on our previous loan officer since they didn’t provide us the services that we needed. We only had a few weeks to close on our house after putting over 16 offers and being outbidded. Mark explained the process very clearly to us. He wanted to work with us since he was confident and believed that we would close on our dream home. That really meant a lot to us because we felt defeated and stressed about not getting a house and possibly having to look for a place to rent. We invested a lot of time, money and effort into getting our dream house and we didn’t want to come short. Mark worked very hard with us, explaining documents he needed, educating us on the first-time home buyer process, communicating with us every step of the way. He made us a priority and truly cared about putting us into our home. Mark is very professional and personable. He made us feel at ease by reassuring us that everything will be fine and to trust him and his team. Our situation and circumstances were the most challenging that he has every worked with. We were able to work as a team, meet deadlines and finally close on our dream home! If it wasn’t for Mark and his team, we would not be able to get our home and lose all the time and money invested into it. I would definitely recommend Mark Martinez to anyone that is looking for a loan officer! I look forward to working with him in the future!

  Mark Martinez is an incredible person who really cares for his customers. He made the process of the loan so easy explain everything that was going to happen what needed to be done and he goes out of his way to make sure he can help you as best as possible.
