slow, gets your hopes up, makes excuses not to give you a loan, works from home and don't answer emails. failures.

The worst! We made our payments, sent to address on the address on the payment coupon and Loan Depot said they did not receive our payment, yet they send thank you for your payment not on the billing statements. The payments are going to Imortgage and NO ONE, seems to know who is Imorgage or why Loan Depot is thanking us for payment, and the calling to say our payment was not received. It goes on and on.
