      DO NOT USE THIS LENDER!! I got screwed major with this Lender!!!!! NATIONS LENDING/MARK SCHNEIDER. I lost all my Earnest money and everything else they made me pay for because of the Mortgage Lender and there Negligence! NEGLIGENCE!!!! I was a first time home buyer. Everything that was Supposedly all good all the way up till they made me push off my closing with the title company 5 times!!! Yes that many times till the seller of the house that I was buying said no more. My realtor from Keller Williams told me that they have never seen this happen EVER in her whole career. Im so upset and advise DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! and yes I will be taking this up with legal counsel!! THE LACK OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION WAS UNBELIEVABLE to the point of being laughable. Thank you Nations Lending for taking advantage of a first time home buyer and taking everything I had away to give me and my kids a better future!! O ya I still haven't heard back from Nations Lending about the loan and its been over 2 weeks since I was supposed to close. Unbelievable!
