      What we enjoyed most about working with Marketplace Mortgage was that Oscar was very helpful and transparent at every step of the process, from our first conversation to our closing. I did not hesitate to ask any questions and I always got an answer. We are so grateful that he helped us get to the closing of our dream home in record time!       As I'm reading through different reviews and about to submit my review, I noticed that everyone has had the same experience. Why should mine be any different? Yes, Gavin and his team are amazing!!! My first encounter was positive and motivating. I had been through this process before with a different company. Let me tell you the experience I received from Market Place Mortgage was the best. Gavin was so confident that he could get me into home. Believe me when I say, he had his work cut off for him. To say the least, my credit was not the pristine. But, just like everyone else store I have read, Gavin got it it done.
