  Jonathan did an amazing job helping us navigate the wild San Francisco market! My wife and I had just relocated back to the City from San Diego and knew we would need an incredibly knowledgeable agent to guide us on our journey. He really took the time to get to know us and understand the lifestyle we wanted. Jonathan was then able to focus in on the type of homes and locations that would work for us. His confidence in finding us the right home never wavered and his pep talks are top notch! In the end it worked out just as he said. We found a home we absolutely loved and edged over the competition, largely due to Jonathan’s excellent reputation and relationship with fellow agents. I would absolutely recommend reaching out to Jonathan. You will not be disappointed!

  My husband and I were relocating back to San Francisco after living in Southern California and were in need of a top-notch agent who could help us navigate the Bay Area area real estate market. We were lucky enough to get a referral from a friend of ours who said Jonathan was the best …and he sure was! During one of our visits up to the Bay, Jonathan made time to meet with us in person to get an understanding of who we were, what we did, and the lifestyle we envisioned in San Francisco. Jonathan was diligent and patient with us during the craze of rising interest rates and uncertainty as things started to ‘normalize’ from the pandemic. His sincerity, personable, and thoughtful approach were appreciated - he often had to put us at ease. Jonathan is honest and transparent, providing advice based on his years of experience as an agent and he knows the San Francisco housing market and neighborhoods SO well. He is great at communicating through every medium (calls, text, email, etc.). Jonathan has a lot of great resources, which gave us insight into listings based on areas and home desires and allowed us another means to communicate what we were looking for. During the home search process, he guided us to areas of the city we weren’t even considering but his experience really paid off and we ended up landing in a neighborhood we love and wish we had looked at sooner. Jonathan’s connections with other agents were also beneficial - we ended up landing in a home we didn’t think we could get. It was an absolute joy working with Jonathan and I’d definitely recommend getting in touch with him and his team!

  Jonathan was fantastic to work with! My husband and I took our time to find our perfect home. During the process, Jonathan was very patient with us, walked us through the process of buying our new home, and gave great referrals to other services once we moved in. Whenever we walked into an open house and we’re asked who we were working with, every realtor had nothing but great things to say about him. We knew we were in good hands! When you do find your home, trust Jonathan, he will do everything in his power to make it work!
