I've applied personal loan of 3,00,000/- in Marlette Funding. First i hope to get the loan instantly after paying the processing fee of 15000/-, but the customer care service which i'm talking to, ask more and more of money for recharge. Its almost a week but he keeps on asking me to recharge money and let me pay 20000/- even for withdrawal password. But till now i did not get the password. My loan was 3 lakhs, and he let me pay almost more than the loan amount i.e 3lakhs for the recharge. Today i asked for the withdrawal password and he tell me to wait for ten days again. I can't stand this kind of negligence I asked for refunding me back all the money i have paid. But they refused to do that. The customer care service even ask me again to pay recharge for refunding. Lastly, this is a message to the concern department. Please see into my problem and solve it ASAP.

This is a fraud company. I have applied for a 1 Lakh they asked for 5K as repayment capacity which I made then they told me that my bank account number is wrong and I need to pay another 15K to rectify I paid them. Then they came up with company norms if any information is wrong then we need to pay 30%. I even paid balance 15K. Totally for a loan of 1 Lakh I paid them 35000. Now again they are asking for 10000. I don't know why Modi Ji has not banned this app when he has banned so many apps. Cyber crime of India pls take care
