      When we decided to purchase our forever home, we didn’t realize how hard it would be. Guild Mortgage wasted so much time and then almost cost 5 families their homes. This didn’t just happen at the beginning of the process. It was a rollercoaster ride due to assisting the buyer of my house. Marnie stepped in on a Friday and did more in 1 day than the previous mortgage officer did in 1.5 months. She was honest, caring, and knowledgeable about the products she could offer. She even help get the Guild Mortgage to be accountable and made them close on time. At the end of this process, I would and have recommended her to family and friends. I feel like she cared about me and she is the reason I’m in my new house. I truly love how real she was with us. Sometimes you just need someone to listen and she did just that. Marnie and her staff are freaking rockstars!
