      Bought my house a little over a year ago. They broke a pole on my fence while clearing land on another lot still have yet to be reimbursed, refuses to repair a crack in the driveway even after repairing the neighbors, grout in the tile and bathrooms already cracking and refuse to repair. This is my second Maronda home and will never buy or recommend them again. They responded to my previous review with a phone for the customer service who just told me sorry your out of warranty we don’t guarantee any of our work. Only 3 months out of warranty plus they were out for the same issues to fix them recently and these were new issues.
