      If I could give them zero stars I would. Mortgage process was painful from start to finish. Expensive closing costs and appraiser. The underwriters ask for so many things that are RIDICULOUS!!!! Even our mortgage broker (Affinity employee) said he agrees with us! We have perfect credit, good job history and a property that appraised for more than 2 times the mortgage we applied for! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GET YOUR MORTGAGE HERE! They give you the run-around asking for petty things delaying closing. The sad part is, I have been an Affinity member since 1996. I am going to take my business elsewhere. We finally gave up and are going with Better Mortgage.
