  I want to write an objective review as opposed to a subjective review based on my wife and I individually. The staff at RMA were friendly, thorough, and patient. Dr. Werner paid close attention to our unique situation. She executed a plan based around that. After several attempts we conceived a wonderful and healthy baby boy who is now almost a year old. I think the key to our positive experience is this...We found the staff and the doctor had an important understanding to the fact that the entire experience overall is unpleasant. You are there because you are struggling. You and your spouse don't want to be there, but you know this is the avenue to get you to where you want to go. That level of empathy and kindness goes a long way. We had been to another practice prior to switching to RMA that did not have such understanding and bed side manner.   STAY AWAY! My boyfriend had an apt scheduled, two days prior we call to cancel because of Covid within our house. The front desk said there would be a $250 fee?? We never signed any new patient paperwork or read that anywhere. She said they had just emailed it today (two days prior to his apt) Why wouldn’t they have mentioned such fees right away or sent this paperwork when we made an apt? We had no clue about a cancellation fee, how do you expect someone to pay and agree to that without knowing until two days before their apt? While trying to call to figure out what to do I was transferred to different extensions, no one seemed to know what they were doing, and I was hung up on once. Now they’re requiring we email our results to avoid the fee. Money hungry office that seems to not know what they are doing. I read some of the other negative reviews and now I’m glad I avoided having my boyfriend go for this apt at all here.
