I never right reviews but when someone goes out of their way I believe the should be acknowledged. Had an issue with my FFL order which was totally my fault do to not doing enough research before I ordered. Ms. Rebecca not only went out of her way to try and help me resolve the issue, but also didn’t charge me for the return. Even though disappointed about not being able to pick my order, it was very pleasant meeting and working with Ms. Rebecca. She was very kind and respectful as I was to her as well. Morale to the story…. treat people as you would want to be treated, you never know the effect someone’s day/life.Thanks again Ms. Rebecca for your help and kindness
