  Maryann was absolutely amazing to work with! She is quick to respond and a great listener. She is extremely knowledgeable and I learned SO much all of the years we have worked with her. She helped us purchase our first home and then our second and then even helped connect us to the right people when we were moving out of state. I recommend her to anyone who tells me they are looking to buy a house!!!

  My wife and I are first time home buyers and without Maryann walking us through the entire process, we'd still be renting an apartment. Either through text, phone call or email, Maryann was there to answer any and all questions we had. We really couldn't have done this without her.

  When I learned my loan was being sold to an out of state company, I was not happy. However, after speaking with Maryann Howard, I feel much better. I no longer feel as if I am dealing with my mortgage company on an impersonal level. I initially chose her from the list of loan consultants because she had a very open face. When I spoke with her she alleviated all of qualms about dealing with an out of state company and I am looking forward to dealing with her in the future.
