      DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF WITH HIGH POINTS AND FEES THAT GO RIGHT INTO THE BROKER GUY COOKS POCKET. THEY CHARGE YOU FULL INTEREST ON REHAB MONEY YOU HAVE NOT EVEN USED AND CHARGE HUGE LATE FEES. BEWARE OF MPM THERE ARE MUCH BETTER LENDERS THEN THIS COMPANY
