      Very poor customer service. The boss was completely upright rude. They wouldn't cash a Mascoma check because I didn't have an account with them, but that wasn't the real issue. It was the lack of communication skills the MANAGER had whom I told I cashed my check at a different location multiple times and she told me "I will be giving them a call and telling them not to do that" disappointed in a bank that is "known" for there small town customer service. I don't recommend using them as your bank.
