  Tom, David and Jamie were very responsive and always on top of any email/phone communications. We had started our home search a little over 1 year ago and they were patient, worked with us to run through different scenarios and when it came to offers they were able to provide pre-approvals quickly. When it came time for closing, they walked us through the process and ensured we were always up to date and even provided different options when any nuances came up. Thank you to the team for such a smooth process!

  Couldn't imagine a better team. Tom, Jamie & team held our hand through every step of the process and made us feel so taken care of. This was our first home purchase, and we had lots of what felt like silly questions. No question was too small or insignificant for their team - response time to all our questions was probably about an hour max, and that means a lot when you're constantly stressed out about a huge purchase like this! We heard horror stories about working with big banks or online lenders who were flaky with response times or hard to contact on short notice. Tom's team is the absolute opposite: available at any time and prepared with the most thorough response. He explained every step of the process, we always felt confident about our next step. His rates were competitive, too, so I have no idea why anyone would choose to go elsewhere! To top it all off, Tom's team has a great reputation locally so our offers were always as competitive as could be. Strongly recommend working with Tom!

  The entire team worked tirelessly and so efficiently to close BOTH loans on time. Ya'll were super quick to respond to all of our questions and we always get a lot of useful information. The team updates us frequently. The mortgage hub/portal was also extremely helpful in keeping documents in line. Who would've thought closing on two loans simultaneously could be so easy? But, truly, we never doubted Tom, Jamie and David, that is the reason why we ALWAYS go to them FIRST for any mortgage queries. Again, thank you so much!
