      Bought a fake 1oz silver bar there. Took it back and they made it right. Believed it was an honest mistake. Next time I want back, I was told that spot price was the "fake" price (the "real" price was $10 over spot), and was given an overinflated quote for a purchase. Called a few other dealers in LR the same day and was quoted reasonable prices according to spot.
