      Thank you so much to Kim from Max Mortgage. She helped us with our loan. At first sight place was clean, she was professional, friendly, as well as knowledgeable. My husband and I are first-time hime buyers and didn't understand a lot of the information that was presented to us, but Kim was patient and explained things to us. Even explaining things again so that we really got an understanding. A few weeks after we bought our home she even sent us a gift. Its been months since we closed on our home and I had a question and she still took the time to again explain things to us. And to help us so that in the long run we wouldn't suffer from taking the wrong steps. Im so glad she helped us.

      Kimberly has done 2 home loans for me and they were both wonderful experiences. I worked with Kimberly over 20 years ago on my first home loan and recently I bought another home and did not think of working with anyone else (thank goodness). Both of these loans were done remotely since I was out of state making the process more complicated. She asked for me to provide documents and information and then she did all the work and it did not require a lot of my time but, she l did let me know when she needed information and both of my loans went off seamlessly. Her office staff is great her processor Amy is knowledgeable and Amber made sure that I was taken care of each time. Thank you Max Mortgage for helping me get my forever home.
