      Bought a house in Churchland in late May and closed 23Jun22. The 1971 1500 sq ft 1/4 acre Brick Ranch House with a fenced in backyard and built in deck and fire pit was beautifully upgraded and was posted at 290K. The bidding carried the final price at 305K with a cash close out of 8k. The house was appaised exactly at 305k. Matthew Frano, Emily Baker along with Priority Title & Escrow, Coastal Towne Mortgage and each of their representatives were exemplary in the profuse execution, bidding process and administration to the very end. Highly recommended as Matthew and Emily looked out for our BEST INTERESTS and WISHES. We our overly SATISFIED and can't say or express enough gratitude for delivering this gorgeous home! Thank God for these people on doing such a wonderful job! A+ #1 Outstanding Work!! Wish I can give more than 5 STARS!!!
