      We recently purchased a home from Mattamy in the new Arroyo Seco development. It has been a great experience and our home is beautiful. The builder, Terry, pays a high attention to detail and the sales team has been great to work with. Arroyo Seco is surrounded by beautiful custom homes and is a couple minutes from Verrado (both are very good for home values if you know anything about real estate). Our view of the White tank mountains is exceptional. I am looking forward to raising my family here.
