  Michael Whelan was our Real Estate agent when we bought our house 3 months ago. We are getting a fence installed and we had some of the house next to us pour over onto our property line. I called Michael to see if he knew who I should call about getting it moved over so the fence company could continue installing. I get off the phone with him and my wife sends me these shortly after. Michel is out there moving the net fence himself - he was our agent - yet he is still out there moving the rubble etc dressed in slacks and nice button up. He no way needed to do this, his genuine thoughtfulness/kindness to go above and beyond like this is a true definition of his character and passion for creating a wonderful community for the families that are moving into this development. We are truly blessed to have moved here and to have had Michael as our agent. I highly recommend Michael Whelan with Mattamy Homes!!

  Lowest possible quality. Worst service. Tried to not pay my realtor her commission. I suspect their agency will avoid sell their homes after our experience. Don’t buy from them

  I want to thank H&H Homes for an good product to visit. My appointment @ 562 Summerwind Plantation Drive could have gone a little better considering I had an appointment and we were interrupted for say 30 mins, but Rod Hudson "Realtor onsite" handled it professionally. I liked the Jordan model, although I was on the fence with a first floor master bedroom, but it is doable. Rod and I had a lengthy conversation on available plots to build on, incentives through my bank "Navy Federal" upgrades, and we finished with Rod stating he would email me pricing info with upgrades included. Since my tour on the 6/13 I have yet to hear back from Rod with the info that he promised to send. On 6/29 I reached out to the Online Sales Counselor Kristi Bennett, whom set the appointment up in the hopes she could touch base with Rod or provide me with his number since I didn't have it saved. Well its 7/6 and I have not heard back from either. I was disappointed by their professionalism and during these times it's a buyers market. After this encounter I find it hard to believe this builder does not treat Disabled Vets well and I would advise all Vets to thoroughly do your research before conducting business!
