Volanti is one of the newest communities from Mattamy and I'm one of the most recent proud owners of a beautiful new home. My experience was smooth and professional with the Mattamy team starting with Davis Sias in sales and with the team from their Design Center which allowed us to customize my new home based on our preferences and our budget. My property has a breathtaking view from their beautiful pond which I love more every day. The sunsets are so gorgeous and peaceful with the sounds of the birds and ducks that visit us every day. I'm sharing a couple of pics... judge by yourself. Volanti is still under construction but promise to be beautiful once completed. Also, I love the fact this is a gated property and small so it will always have this intimate and quiet feeling. I had been here for only 3 weeks but my family and me believe this was our best decision ever.
