      This is the best credit union I have ever worked with, and the people at this location is really friendly!

      NavyFCU does not make the phone numbers of its branch offices available online or by using chat. As of today when I called the national number there was a 30 minute wait time. I wanted to ask a simple question about getting a signature guarantee that I couldn't get locally (over an hour from the nearest branch office) because I don't have any local bank accounts. Apparently I need a local account after all. NavyFCU may be getting too big.
