  Just closed on our first home thanks to Matt and his team at Guaranteed Rate. Matt was recommended to us and from my initial contact with him I felt extremely comfortable knowing we were in good hands. The application process was so easy to keep documents organized, and all along the may Matt always kept us informed and calm, even when I got anxious towards the end. As a first time home buyer, our goal was to get to the closing table with the best rate possible. Matt was so prompt to make sure we got updated pre-approval letters for offers (in this crazy housing market multiple offers is the norm), and invested hours along the way to make sure we made it to closing. Matt is the absolute best and I would HIGHLY recommend him and his team, without hesitation.

  Wasn't at all happy with guaranteed rate. My girlfriend and I were put on this loan together and they took her off without informing us. This was our first experience at buying a house. Many things weren't explained and I felt like we were rushed into getting this loan with constant emails from several random employees within their department. Disorganized and not straightforward. I'm happy the house we wanted didn't go through as planned and we didn't use this brokerage.

  Matt Keane is an absolute rock star. He guided us through a long and complicated home purchase. He's incredibly responsive, friendly, creative and cool as a cucumber. He made what we expected to be the most stressful part of the process somehow the least stressful part. The whole team at GR was super professional, patient and on it. Highly recommend!
