  So, I had no idea who these people were, but I got referred to them. So I'm like, why the hell not? Right? So next thing I know I'm on a video call (because Covid) and Matt's just laying it out. Bam, this. Bam, that! I'm like Oh? Hum...So I'll have enough money for pizza on Friday nights if I get approved for this amount? And The Meat Lovers? Say no more. The process and service was amazing throughout the entire thing. the process was smooth. I was gonna leave them 4 stars because I don't leave anything 5 stars unless someone goes above and beyond what they're there to do. But then I saw that they posted a May the 4th be with you on Star Wars day and then I just couldn't bring myself to do it after a few other things (I'll explain in a bit). 5 stars! They helped lay out all the expenses that I would have or potentially have. It was extremely helpful know where my money was going, why it was going there, and how it would effect my future living situation. There site is clean with a intuitive design, to help upload any information they might need, in the form of a list that I also could access at any time. They'd even call just to check up on me making sure I did put a new bald spot in my hair from pulling it out. Man, some days. I remember this one day was real bad. I was stressin out at work, my neighbor parked in my spot, I hesitated for a fraction of a second when I got asked if this top make me look covid fat, my fries at McDonald's were cold. $#!t was real that day. But I got a call from Fairway and they were just calling to check up on me and make sure I was okay. I'm pretty sure they meant not sweating too much over the process, but at the time I was a little emotional. That's a hard day right? But they were just reaching out to stay in touch and asked if I had any questions on anything. I think I ended up asking them some deep life questions, but the phone was breaking up so I'm not sure they heard me fully. But they were like There There, you're buying a house! and I'm like really? You really think I can do it? They were probably a little confused at that point, but said Yeah, that's why we're here to help. After that call I was like- They give me money, 100% accidental and unintentional therapy, help my pay my student loans, help me order pizza? Who the hell are these people? 5 STARS!! But, I digress. Where was I?... Oh yeah, documents and upgrading to the meat lover's pizza! So back on track, they helped make sure I knew the terminology of the industry and steps in the process. I appreciated know where the process was for my loan and how it was going on their end. I wasn't kept in the dark about anything and they were always honest with me. Honest about the numbers, my approval, how the process was going on their end, hiccups, when those were overcome, tying up loose ends, all of it. That honesty's the part that I value the most. It never felt like I was getting the door slammed in my face. I don't know what your situations is like if you're reading this, but I wish you the best. Just know that my situation was pleasant and I would work with them again if given the opportunity.

  Matt and his entire team were wonderful to work with. The team was exceptional and made a first time home buying experience the smoothest process possible! Would absolutely recommend to anyone!
