      Well, this was my second time working with Matt and his team. We first bought our house back in July of 2020. Our first experience was more than incredible as we were having some issues with the previous mortgage company. I was introduced to Matt as it was God doing. We went from almost giving up and resigning our apartment lease to reality of home ownership. Matt was incredible as he was on top of everything. He made the impossible, possible. He was great in our house buying process. Then, we got an email about refinance at a lower rate. Again, we thought we had gotten the best rate at 3.125, but I was wrong. Matt and his team give us the smoothless refinance ever at a lower rate. We sign our final paperwork at the comfort of our home. We are so grateful to God and NFM lending, especially Matt and his team. I love working with Matt as he is very knowledgeable of his job. He always follow up on the many questions I have. He is very nice and professional at his job. Wonderful job Matt. We appreciate you.
