      If you need guidance/advice to prepare before running your credit DO NOT USE CAMILLE BALDWIN "Loan Originator". I originally emailed her regarding a different situation and to get some direction to make the process smooth and easy. Her reply was, "As mentioned, please send your 2020 & 2021 Personal & Business Tax Returns. We can review and offer advice if we recommend changes for your 2022. Please let me know if you think of any other questions in the meantime. Have a great day!" So I send over my confidential tax documents. Then get a reply saying I need to do an application before she can do anything else. Now she has my confidential docs and who knows whats happening with them. Pretty disappointed. We used NFM lending before and SHANE was great!
