      I took my truck in for an oil change on July 19th and was told only two technicians were available and it would be at least a 4 hour wait. They said to come back early in the morning so I did. I arrived at 0645 and was first in line. They took my truck back and it took them 90 minutes for the works package. I have used this business since I moved to BA in 2011 and the quality of the Quick Lane has greatly diminished. Might be time to try another venue.

      Went on Saturday...took 5 hours to get an oil change.... For people who work during their M-F hours, perhaps a change should be considered 🤔
