I’ve had the pleasure of working with Maurice on multiple deals with multiple clients. His expertise in the industry combined with his communication and reliability allow my clients to successfully obtain their goals of homeownership. It’s not uncommon for things to come up during a closing and if they do, Maurice calls me with a solution to the problem and always delivers. He is also available to my clients almost anytime we need him. Sometimes at 10pm on a Friday. If he’s not available, he lets us know right away, and reaches out as soon as he is able to. I trust Maurice and appreciate his services very much. I can’t recommend him and his team enough!
