  When I called in regards of my account, the lady that picked up the phone was extremely rude and seemed so bothered when I asked her questions.

  Most of the time I use the drive up thinking I would get faster service, but my waiting time just to be acknowledged is 10+mins and that's after ringing the button many time someone finally answers very rudely or bothered they tell you that they will be with you in a few minutes that was 15 minutes later for me because there was a car that came after me and left before me. Do they pick and choose who they help first or because I am a Hispanic does that mean we usually don't speak up or complain? Anyway! that was my first and second time so I decided just to use the ATM from then on and again because of the ATM being down I had to go to the Drive up to make my deposit and again I had to wait to be acknowledge and when I told them I needed to make a deposit because their ATM was down? the teller said I DON'T KNOW she left then a Male teller came later and ask if he could help me it was just like really do you guys know was going on in there do you communicate? My experiences as an MB customer have not been the good at all yesterday I called the Customer Service number and again got a Rude Representative. Does MB teach any Customer Service Skills to their employees? I have been in Customer Service for 30+ years and I've learn to acknowledge customers and treat them with the respect they deserve. I'm a customer of MB Wheeling Branch.
