They use a horrible third party bill pay service. I spent 3 hours between customer service and bill pay (of course it's not the same phone tree even) and neither knows anything about the other. They locked my account for trying to set up a deposit that exceeded some mystery limit. Member services couldn't access bill pay to even see or change the limit so here is a back and forth where both parties are completely useless. Also the app is no good. Maybe 1 in 10 checks will accept as mobile deposit so you have to go to the branch anyway.

For questions where clarification were needed, with a smile, she graciously "picked up" the phone to seek the right answer. I was very impressed with her effectiveness, efficiency and quality in the provision of "above and beyond care". Now that's customer service!
