      Very reliable and friendly Except for the atm which breaks down frequently

      They made it extremely hard to close my junior account and withdraw all funds. Even when I had my parent present, it still took the branch manager numerous visits and policy loopholes to jump through. It has still left a bad impression and I will never be back

      Friendly but hard to get somebody that can answer questions. Was put on hold with "treasury management". after 20 minutes with no response gave up.
