  I made an appointment online using the system off their own website. When I didn’t get a call to discuss tires I called and was told the service managers don’t have access to the online system when appointments are made. I got the tires ordered and an amount out the door price. The only service I specifically added was to check the brakes. But when I go to pay, I am told the price was $250 more than I was quoted. The brakes were only checked; so I wonder why. They “Added Service” for an alignment, never calling to authorize the work or anything. Following up with this review - McKinnon Nissan was great and absolutely went above and beyond to correct the issue. The Parts Manager who quoted the tire service apologized and indicated the incorrect invoice and issues related to it. Then the Service Manager calls and explains what happens. There was honest mistakes made in the invoicing from the time the quote was provided to the actual work being completed. Refund in place, and the Service Manager went above and beyond the requirement to refund the difference and offered to take care of my next service appointment. I have now bought and serviced two vehicles from McKinnon in Clanton - a Toyota Camry and my current Nissan Rogue. I will continue to use McKinnon as my preferred dealer as I have always been pleased.
