Oh my goodness, where to even begin?!!! Carley Mayfield is absolutely THE BEST Service Representative a business can possibly have! From the very beginning of our interactions with Carley regarding fraudulent charges and checks being written in my parents' account, there are not enough words to describe my appreciation of her. Carley was quick to understand our delimma, kind and sympathetic with such happening to an elderly couple, (not to mention her sweet, gentle handling of all communication with them). What a gem! I have dealt with professionals and life issues a good bit, but can honestly say I've never been treated with such professionalism blended with such kindness - just the presence of true goodness! We cannot thank Carley enough for going more than the extra mile to assist us in every way possible, and her communication of updates as they occur was more than we could ask for! I wish I had a way to fully thank Carley for the warm and informative way she addressed our case, but I'm just going to have to settle for a most heartfelt, most sincere THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! When has MCT gotten so big that they no longer provide customer service. If you call to talk to someone it takes 15 to 30 minutes to actually talk to a person. Then the person answering can't help you or put you through to through to a branch location.
