      I joined the bank when it was( Butte Community Bank ) Then it changed to Robobank & Now its Mechanics Bank & I hate it now! I will definitely close my account. I joined with a new bank

      Mechanics Bank used to be the bee's knees but it's changed a lot over the last few years. Nice enough tellers but the perks for banking here keep slipping away.

      Had Robo bank 6 years prior, never any problems! It gets bought by Mechanics bank and as soon as the quarantine happened, I wasn't working because of the virus so I wasn't getting my direct deposit and I had overdraft protection plan but a recurring charge from Amazon came out of my bank account and they let me overdraft. I didn't know so they closed my account at me owing $112 on a $14 recurring charge which I contested because I didn't approve the charge. When I went to talk to them, they had closed down the Marysville branch with no notification. I go to yuba city branch they just say sorry there's nothing they can do about it! I love all the people that worked in the Marysville Robo bank but the new people at Mechanics were not helpful!
