Dylan Heikens is an excellent loan agent ! Dylan has experience in home loan refinance, home purchase loan, very patient in detail explanation various loan programs to us, when to lock in the best interest rate for our purchase, also to look into different interest rate and loan points combination to figure the best possible outcome for our purchase. After the purchase, Dylan was able to help us in refinance situation when the interest rate was going down. Excellent guy to work with on home loan! Lori and her team were so amazing to work with! I am so glad I came across them in our search for a lender for buying our very first home. We had a unique situation and weren't even sure if we were able to buy a home yet but she reassured us she could get it done and despite my doubts in slightly over month after contacting her we were moving into our first home! She made sure everything went smoothly and we had no issues along the way. They were great with communication and really went the extra mile in making sure we were taken care of and got the house of our dreams.
