  The most helpful and pleasant banking experience I have ever had. My lender and her team are very well versed on products, policy and deadlines. In addition, her response and patience to my MANY questions was more than I expected. Hats off to Mechanics Cooperative and Olga Andrade in particular!! If I could give 10 stars I would!

  I wouldn't be surprised if they still used typewriters here. In order to deposit your funds, you need to walk into the bank. Maybe there is a drive-thru teller? Not sure, but its 2022 I should be able to deposit my funds in an atm and move on. The branch in fall river has drive-thru deposits via an envelop so you have to wait 2-3 business days for those funds to be available. Technologically, these folks are stuck in the early 2000's.

Mechanics Cooperative Bank does make every effort to have cutting-edge products and services available for our customers. After researching your issue in the hopes of contacting you directly, we are having a difficult time identifying you as a customer. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your specific experience and learn more about other deposit options in addition to ATM deposits. Mechanics Cooperative Bank offers free Online and Mobile Banking with Remote Deposit capability. You can easily deposit a check through your computer or phone, and that transaction will be treated the same as if it were completed at our teller lines. We also have drive-up teller services at all branch locations with extended hours on Thursday and Friday evenings until 6:00pm, as well as Saturday mornings(Visit https://mechanics-coop.com/about-us/locations/ for locations and hours). Currently, due to COVID, we have limited access to our lobbies however you can make an appointment as needed by calling 1-888-MECHANICS (632-4264). This is an excellent option since the staff will actively be waiting to provide service at the exact time you need them. In addition, we have Curbside Banking which allows you to coordinate a specific time to meet our staff, while remaining in your car (no cash transactions please). A Mechanics Cooperative Bank representative will come to you and help in any way they can. Please call 1-888-MECHANICS (632-4264) to coordinate a Curbside Banking appointment as well.
