  I have a trailer loan and their website is always down and their app does not work I have to try to pay early. After reading the reviews I am now terrified of my decision to bank with them I literally will be paying this loan on immediately. I can’t even get through to customer service. Why is it so hard to get fair service these days. Update 10/13/2020 I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars I was contacted about my review and associate was extremely concerned about my experience. I shared my experience with website issues and was told they will be making changes. I will update my stars as my experience changes. My biggest problems or with a very mediocre website where you pay and the login issues. Update 12/21/2020 Updated to 5 stars they made the necessary changes to the website for a smoother user friendly experience.

  I was told when I first got this loan, that after making my first year and half payments on time that the would lower the interest rate and now they are saying no that I have to jump through hoops to do it.

  Staff at this bank do not know how to handle conflict resolution. Poorly trained staff in my opinion. Received my clear title in a timely manner but this company is holding my overpayment interest free for over 20 days since signed by certified mail. Also failed to apply payment in a timely manner
