Melanie was an absolute pleasure to work with from the very start. I was interested in placing an offer on a home but was not pre-qualified. Homes are flying off the market and Melanie moved very quickly in order to make it happen. It ended up taking my husband and me a few months to find the right home, and Melanie was an excellent communicator during the entirety of the process. She was quick to respond, her expertise shined through (kept us within a comfortable budget, had great insurance recommendations, was familiar with the area etc) and her demeanor was always positive and uplifting. Due to Covid, we were not able to meet face-to-face until our signing, but it felt like we had known each other for years. I am so grateful we found Melanie and will be recommending her to any friends and family in need of a mortgage advisor!
