  I understand being busy since the pandemic has started as well as being overwhelmed from the DMV being closed. However, speaking poorly about clients that have called in with questions or that have walked in, stupid or not, in front of a half full lobby of new customers, is disheartening and absolutely unprofessional. I got what I needed taken care of handled but i promise I won’t be back. Customer service is your whole job, leave if you hate it that much.

  Hi Beca! I apologize that you were unhappy with our customer service. I agree, there is no excuse for poor customer service. We all have bad days, but that is no reason to take it out on customers and we try very hard to treat everyone with respect and we appreciate the opportunity to serve our customers and offer whatever help we can, especially when the state facilities are closed. Please consider giving us a chance to help you again in the future, and accept our apology for anything we have done to upset you while in our offices.

  2016 I dealt with this company and was very pleased with the service and reading reviews of how people were treated turned away and snobby. I hope this isnt the case cuz ive bragged about these people for years and just bought a new vehichle and need title tranfer and plates so im sticking with them and will review my experience after my business is or isnt done!
