  Melissa is super attentive, clear, efficient, responsive, compassionate and supportive. I had a few panics (on my side) throughout my process and she was able to walk me through each time to support me and share all the info to help work it out - and she does it with so much care. I’m so grateful to have experienced buying my first home with her!

  Melissa is hands down the most knowledgeable, passionate, organized, and thorough mortgage broker I know. My Relator was so impressed with her and her team and kept telling me “it normally isn’t always this easy, you choose a great lender” . Her and her team sent weekly status updates and we’re always super responsive when I had a question. Her team was just as amazing to work with (Stephanie and Megan) , they were also very knowledgeable. She made sure I understood all my options and felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I have purchased two homes and went through two refinances with Melissa and would never go anywhere else. One time I reached out to her to refinance, and she told me to wait a few months because it wasn’t the right time. Any other lender would have said no problem just to get the deal. She ALWAYS has her clients best interests in mind. I would recommend her to each and every person I know!
