      Rosa L. Assistant Manager of our association management mem property mgmt offered me extremely good and efficient service regarding my garage door replacement. So I want to thank her as well as letting many people know her quick and good professional work. After replacing my garage door, there was an incentive program that provides $100.00 for the owner of the house to promote cooperation for the management. Application was handled by my husband at the initial stage and I followed up, so there were some holes to satisfy the requirements. She pick up quickly, followed up, and informing me the status on timely bases. She brought up the matter to the general meeting for approval, while keep me informed. From my past experience, I did not expect such a good handling and timely follow up. I experienced a lot of delay in response which sometimes ended up being forgotten, or reminding several times. I felt I am not an important person. On the contrary Rosa made me feel like I am the only person who was communicating with her. I know she was very busy, but gave me the great attention and speed to solve the problem. Owing to her, my case was closed timely manner and I am very happy. And I want to thank you for providing excellent professional service. I am sure many residents will appreciate your good service. Thank you again.
