  Love this branch! Awesome customer service that knows me by name when I walk in. No, there’s no drive through teller. However, I haven’t found a single task I couldn’t complete between the ATM and the mobile app while the bank was closed during COVID. 9/10 times now, I choose to walk in and say hey to the sweet ladies that run the branch! But if I get there after hours, the atm can handle my deposits just fine.

  Beautiful building, when first opened thought it was great. Great customer service, but when covid hit, only atm. Why did you open a Member One without a drive through that could at least function while closed? People here want convenience & a credit union that is open for them not drive all the way into town. I thought that was the purpose to open in our part of the county. At least my Mother In Law’s credit union is open in Christiansburg to walk in people & drive through is open. What a pity.

This location does have a drive-thru ATM instead of a drive-thru service window, and there are many things you can accomplish with the new Image ATMs as outlined here: https://www.memberonefcu.com/how-to-do-business-with-us-during-covid-19.
