I have been a member over 25 years and never had an issue! I’ve had numerous loans and currently have my mortgage with them. Maybe some of the people posting negative reviews should look at themselves.

They had me on hold for 16 minutes because my call was very “important” to them!!! When I finally did get through my issue was still not resolved. Awful lending institution…take your money or borrow from those who have better customer service.

Tried to put money in account they just closed for a family member and they wouldn't accept it. Guess they don't need the money. Just called customer service. They cant help because its not my account. They must be wealthy.
