      So the whole reason im writing this review is for Jenna R in customer service or as I call her a godsend. Im not going through all the details but as most of us are familiar with good customer service is rare and she wasnt good she was exceptional. The difference and the comfort you feel when talking to somone who you can tell genuinely cares about your issue is second to none. Ive been banking with members first for over a decade and its been ok throughout the years id say a 4 but Jenna bumped that bad boy to a hard 5. Jenna if your reading this thank you again. And Jennas boss if your reading this you give that girl a blank bonus check and you tell her to fill out whatever she thinks is fair.

      ATM down way too much. Was hacked and "threatened" by a member of the fraud department several months ago. Hard to reach customer service.
