      Horrible service. This is by far the SLOWEST branch in all of York County. A simple deposit can take over 10 minutes. Staff is polite but extremely slow and don’t appear to be well trained.

      Will not allow me to use my debit card even though I have the balance to cover it. Text support was no help and just closed conversation on me. Have been stealing money from my account with fees I signed up to avoid. Has happened to everyone I know who also uses members first to bank. Reporting to bbb.
