      We had one loan through Members 1st. Paid it off, they called both my husband and my phone back to back after saying we were not interested in whatever she was selling us. She first told me she can't talk to me about it, understandable but then called my phone to try to talk to my husband. When I told her again we were not interested she said "you don't even know why I'm calling" lady! We receive a million scam or solicited calls per day I don't care. Very rude and very unprofessional.

      Staff is awesome but you can always find the branch manager playing on her phone and have people waiting for service.
