      I feel like "Norm" from the old TV series "Cheers". Everyone knows me after a short time of coming in. Fantastic staff. Everyone is helpful, friendly and personable. Nice selection of services too.

      I absolutely love banking through Members 1st. I’m always treated with kindness and addressed by my first name. We moved out of York and moved to Mechanicsburg. Multiple times I have gone through the drive-through at this location and they have taken my money and check and not even asked how my day is or even what I need. They just take my money and assume they know what account it goes in. It’s just disappointing and embarrassing. Hopefully this message will get through to someone who actually cares and they can work on showing kindness and addressing people by their names like they are trained to do!!
