  I came in today to open a savings account, my experience was horrible. I came in before in the pass with a great experience opening a checking account but not sure what happened today, the assistant manager was super rude. She kelp throwing her position in my face after repeating her title about 4 times to me. To be honest I don't really care what title you hold with the company I'm just there to do business no need for all that. She kept asking for things that the previous banker did not ask me basically giving me the run around. I came to deposit a lot of money, not chump change. If you don't want to help me that is fine but don't treat me or anyone like that. I hope someone higher them an assistant manager reads this a address this situation with her, she knows who I am and she knows what she did was unprofessional. members 1st team please set rules that everyone follows when it comes down to business and please train your leaders to be more customer service friendly and treat customer with respect. Thank you

  I had my checking account hacked last Sunday. Members First does not have a fraud division, you have to deal with a 3rd party. The manager of this branch would not speak to me about my problem. I called their main office in Mechanicsburg and talked to a supervisor that could not explain to me why they didn't notify me of fraudulent transaction. I asked to speak with her supervisor and was told that she can't give me that information. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
