  I’ve been a member for almost 15 years with most of my experience at the old Park Row location. Life has thrown me a few curve balls during that time and they have always been very helpful and caring. I recently paid off my car and the title was personally delivered to me by Tracey Sweetland. This was a very symbolic, heartfelt gesture for because she was with me when I signed that loan all those years ago. We came full circle. I’ve always had positive experiences with customer service and feel they go out of their way to satisfy their members needs and concerns.

  I worked here for three months on contract, it was the worst position I’ve ever had with a company. There were some in the department that were rude and no one interacted with each other at all. The manager was never and I don’t think she liked me from the start, since she didn’t hire me, I wasn’t her choice. I wouldn’t recommend working here because training is non existent, management seems uninspired and the first week I was the people were leaving one after the other. Trying to get in touch wit HR is a joke. I see why they are targeted for a merger.

  I have been a customer for over 15+ years and recently am experiencing issues with getting a debit card. I have been to 3 locations and no one is able to make the cards. I can't understand why they don't correct the issue when its happening at numerous locations. I had fraud on my account and I can't get anyone to fix the situation. No one from that department has bothered to reach out to me in 7 days. Unfortunately I am going to go to a different bank where I am valued and can get services. It's not alot to ask for.
