      We worked with Samantha @ the Bellmead TX office for a car loan. She was very friendly, professional and made us feel welcomed. If anyone is looking for help with a loan she is the person to see!!!!

      I have accounts at numerous banks and this is by far the worst loan dept. Auto loans are near impossible with excellent credit. Don’t even waste your time if you are self employed. The mortgage dept used to be great. Now it is horrible. I recommend visiting other banks and if you want business, auto or home loans, don’t waste your time.

      My wife has had multiple auto loans with this credit union and paid every one on time and paid them off entirely. We sold our vehicle and the payoff was sent two weeks ago, but they’re still calling us every day threatening us with reporting our payment as late to the credit bureaus. Very unprofessional, our payment isn’t even late yet, and I know the payoff was sent because I work at the dealership we sold it to!!!
